If it is your first time working with movers, it is always a good idea to prepare a moving checklist. Every move is different, and while our services are always dedicated to careful planning and preparation, we understand that our customers will want to be prepared on their own terms.

Two months before the move, be sure to sort everything on your property to determine what you can keep and what you can get rid of. Think about whether some items will require additional packing or insurance.
 
 
 
Make sure that you prepare all of the moving supplies approximately six weeks before the move. This involves ordering boxes, tape, bubble wrap and markers. Begin using up all the items that you will not want to take with you during the move, such as perishable foods.

One month before the move, contact us and start packing. At this stage, you will be able to figure out the dates that you should relocate and your budget. You should also start to actively gather up all of your supplies and make sure you have everything you need ready with you.
 
 
 
Two weeks before the move, you will need to alter your professional life. Take your car in for a tune-up and consider scheduling a day off for moving day. Contact us to reconfirm the arrangements and prepare as necessary. Once all of these steps are taken care of, you will be on your move's home stretch.
