I recently moved and Wise Choice Movers were highly recommended to me by my property manager and I was very impressed, pleased and more than satisfied with their service. First of all they called me the morning of my move and informed me that they were checking the truck for safety and would be arriving at my property at the time we planned. They arrived exactly on time as they said they would and went straight to work without hesitation. My movers were Shane and Jason and they were very professional and pleasant to work with. They made sure to treat my items as if they were their own items which impressed me because they handled all my items with care and made sure to wrap the items needing extra protection. They were very social along with professional which i also liked so I’d advise requesting them to handle you move. When I booked I dealt with Brandon first and he turned me over to Rachel who was very informative and polite to deal with when I booked my moved with them. She gave me a step by step description of how the process would go and she even gave me 2 different estimates with 2 movers and a second with 3 movers and explained the pro’s and cons of both which I like. Oh did I also mentioned that this company is military friendly for both active and retired. Being a retired military veteran myself I couldn’t say no once I found out they support their veterans 😊 They will now have all of my moving business and I’m gonna recommend them to all of my friends from now on. The crew arrived right on time, worked incredibly hard, and was efficient throughout the entire 7.5-hour move.They took great care of all of our furniture and belongings, and we really appreciated how professionally they handled a challenging piece of furniture that was difficult to disassemble and reassemble. They worked through the issue without hesitation and got everything back together perfectly.Most importantly, everything arrived in excellent condition with absolutely no damage. We hired this team to move our 2 bed apartment and they were awesome to work with! Took great care of my upright piano (which they had to get down a flight of stairs) and were flexible and had good insight/ideas when we ran into some delays getting into our new unit. This guys were awesome. We had to move my mom’s stuff last minute and we were lucky they could squeeze us in last minute. They kept in contact so we knew when they would show up and when they did they efficiently got everything in their truck. What really blew us away is that when we got to the storage facility they neatly and carefully stacked my mom’s belongings away to the point where it all fit perfectly. HIGHLY BEYOND RECOMMEND AND WILL BOOK AGAIN WHEN WE MOVE IN THE FUTURE!

Moving is incredibly stressful, but hiring this team was hands-down the best decision we made.We had a massive job: On Whidbey island, moving a three-bedroom house plus a large garage overflowing with tools and outdoor gear. Wise Choice Movers sent a crew of three guys, and honestly, I was initially a bit nervous that three people wouldn't be enough for the sheer volume of stuff we had. Boy, did they prove me wrong.Here is why they deserve every single one of these five stars:Unbelievable Stamina: These three guys worked tirelessly for 12 hours straight. I kept waiting for them to slow down or take a long break, but they maintained an incredible pace from the moment they arrived until the final box was unloaded.Efficiency Meets Care: Usually, when people move fast, things get dinged. Not with this crew. They were highly efficient but handled all of our belongings with the utmost care. Heavy furniture was wrapped perfectly, fragile boxes were treated like gold, and our large garage items were organized seamlessly.Consummate Professionals: Despite the grueling 12-hour day, their attitude never wavered. They were courteous, polite, and extremely respectful of both our old home and our new one. We hired Wise Choice Movers to help us empty our storage unit. A 5x10 half full of awkward pieces (for example we own a kiln) and heavy boxes. Vince and Corbin were the two guys who worked our move on a late Sunday afternoon and not only did they load up quickly at the storage unit, they unloaded quickly at the house. The entire time they were friendly and funny and made the entire move so easy. Even when the conversation strayed into the emotional reason for the move they were compassionate and genuinely kind. I honestly can't say enough good things about Wise Choice. They are my now permanent go to for any future moves.

Specifically, when I reached out initially, they were unable to answer the phone. However, I received a return call within minutes. They listened carefully to my request and answered my questions and concerns regarding my complicated move. We then set up an appointment for the move.A handful of days before the move, they even reached out and asked if we required assistance in packing. On the day of the move, they communicated their ETA and were prompt. They assessed the situation and prioritized their efforts in meeting our needs.They were very careful with our belongings in the home we were moving out of and also the one we were moving into. As indicated previously, they were professional and courteous. This time around, my crew was Vincent & Corbin. They were fast and efficient and communicative too, they checked in with me a lot and were conscientious of time. Any bumps in the road are handled courteously with Brandon or crew, you just have to communicate like with anybody else. For the past 2 years, this company has been reliable, consistent, and flexible and have the best value too. They’re awesome.

WCM does it again. This is our second move with Pete and team. This was a grueling 12 hour, 3 truckload, up a serious hill, AND 2 flights of stairs move (literally up a hill and stairs). These guys were great to work with. Through all the struggle and sweat they got it all done, nothing was broken, and they maintained their smile and customer service.

So we worked with Marcel and Rob and these two gentlemen are the best guys ever!!!! The elevator went down in our new place and they delivered all of our furniture, mattress and a butt ton of boxes up to the fourth floor and they only took 4.5 hrs to move from one place to the next and I cannot believe they did it so fast. We felt terrible that they had to climb the stars but sadly we didn't have a choice in that part. If you want amazing movers who get things done super quick, please hire these guys and ask for Marcel and Rob!!!

When choosing movers it could be a difficult choice so many to choose and who do you trust. So I'm here to tell you to choose Wise Choice movers. It was the best decision I made. From the beginning they were very responsive with answering the phone and staying in touch with me until my move day. The two young gentlemen that were sent to my apartment home were very efficient, very professional, very polite, and did not take advantage of the clock whatsoever. They were constantly moving and packing everything professionally with packing wrap and moving things with care and packing them with moving blankets once they made it into the truck. It is an art and a science when it comes to moving and I could say that Wise Choice movers should make the patent on it! Take my advice and look no further call this company. They will do you right! Trust the man that answers the phone and everything he says he is absolutely right!! And yes, they were slightly more expensive than the other movers but it doesn't matter. It was so worth it.... Don't pay the cheap price with the other movers. They're going to get you somewhere else when you least expect it Go ahead and choose Wise Choice. Movers....the professionals.

Brandon, the owner, was so accommodating to adjust his scheduling with less than a 2-day notice. Danny and Mateo were punctual and worked efficiently knowing little tricks to get large couches and chairs through the doors with no problem. It was a seamless move and I give them an outstanding recommendation.

They forgot a few pieces. Not a huge deal. They are enjoyable to work with albeit, moves are stressful these days. The death of a loved one & moving are 2 of the 3 most stressful things in life.Wise made it easy and took some stress off our shoulders. We used their packing services too!There is so much positive to say. The only - is they don't transport liquids. Not worth subtracting a star.Try'em. We're sure you'll like'em.

When choosing movers it could be a difficult choice so many to choose and who do you trust. So I'm here to tell you to choose Wise Choice movers. It was the best decision I made. From the beginning they were very responsive with answering the phone and staying in touch with me until my move day. The two young gentlemen that were sent to my apartment home were very efficient, very professional, very polite, and did not take advantage of the clock whatsoever. They were constantly moving and packing everything professionally with packing wrap and moving things with care and packing them with moving blankets once they made it into the truck. It is an art and a science when it comes to moving and I could say that Wise Choice movers should make the patent on it! Take my advice and look no further call this company. They will do you right! Trust the man that answers the phone and everything he says he is absolutely right!! And yes, they were slightly more expensive than the other movers but it doesn't matter. It was so worth it.... Don't pay the cheap price with the other movers. They're going to get you somewhere else when you least expect it Go ahead and choose Wise Choice. Movers....the professionals.
